Open the additional module "Statistics" via the main menu and choose between the two tabs "Offers" and "Usage":

OffersIn the tab "Offers" you can get information on offers and orders made by certain or all users.
UsageThe tab "Usage" gives you an overview how often the MPO program as well as its seperate modules is used and  how often certain actions are carried out by the users.

access permissions

The statistics are only accessible for users to whom access permissions to this module have been granted by an administrator. Permissions can be modified (if you are authorised) by clicking on the "Edit" button of the required user under "Settings" > "General" > "User management" and adjusting the settings in the tab "Rights".

This toolbar serving as a filter for the statistics is displayed in both of the tabs. It enables you to modify the statistics so that only a certain period of time and a certain user (respectively all users) is involved.

Please select the period of time here for which the statistics shall be created. Click on one of the fields to display a calendar which enables you to fix the start and the end date. Press the green "Filter" button to update the illustration below.

This dropdown menu enables you to select the user for whom the statistics shall be generated. By selecting the first position "User" you include all users to the statistics.

By clicking on this icon you generate an Excel file containing the respective statistics. If you have changed the period of time without clicking on "Filter", the file refers to the amended period nevertheless.

By clicking on the "Filter" button the evaluation is upgraded concerning the entered period of time.

If no data are available for the selected period and user, i.e. if the user has not created any offers / orders, the reply "No statistics available" is displayed.

Offers tab

Circle diagrams

The first circle diagram illustrates how the prices of works are proportionated to the prices of parts concerning the concluded orders. For the meanings of the circle segments refer to the table below containing the respective colours.
Furthermore, the table gives information on the amount of saved offers and orders. Orders created in MPO are considered as well as those imported from DMS.
The two lower positions show the average labour / part value per offer.

The second circle diagram shows how the offers and orders are divided into the different working areas (Service, Maintenance, Accessories, Undefined). The diagram refers to the total amount of offers/orders whereas the amount of offers concerning fixed prices can be taken as from the table as well.
The item "Undefined" subsumes all the operations which cannot be assigned to a certain MPO package like self-developed operations or those imported from DMS.

Further below you will find a chart containing a detailed list of the different areas. Moving the mouse over an icon of the table heading the meaning of the respective column is displayed. The colours correspond to those of the circle diagrams (service = red, maintenance = pink, accessories = yellow , Undefined = brown).
By clicking on a field of the heading the chart is sorted either in ascending or descending order according to the respective criterion.

Curve diagrams

The curve diagrams illustrate the developtment of the offers over the months / weeks / days. Selecting an appropriate period of time for the statistics you will find the diagrams displayed. If you e.g. select the period from the 01/01 to the 02/01 of the same year, no meaningful diagram can be created for the monthly frequence.

At the bottom of the page you will find a detailed chart which gives information on the amount of the different actions and opened modules. By clicking on a field of the heading the chart is sorted either in ascending or descending order according to the respective criterion.
